UWC

Technical Assistance on key UI and WC issues includes interpretation of the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, DOL policies on state UI requirements, as well as details on state UI and WC laws and UI tax schedules. UWC maintains a website at www.UWCstrategy.org to provide additional assistance to our members.

Affiliation and Liaison efforts include partnerships with organizations who share common goals, and liaison with Department of Labor leadership and state UI and WC officials.

UWC’s National Foundation sponsors the acclaimed annual National UI Issues Conference, with leading edge topics and presenters from business, government, and academia.
